Privacy is extremely important to the patients who visit our clinics. As such, all precautions should be taken in order to keep a patient's medical files as confidential as possible.
Minimize the patient's record even if you're just leaving the room for a moment.
Set your screen saver to Password Protect so that when you leave your computer for a longer period of time, your patients' records will be safe.
Shut down your computer at the end of the day.
Keep your OSCAR and your computer username and password safe.

These suggestions may seem obvious, but taking the time to ensure that the patients’ private records are protected is essential.
